Bulk Imported Fresh Produce Labelling Requirements

Hi Everyone!

Our company imports organic fresh vegetables from USA. The vegetable is packed into 15-lb paper boxes (bulk format) at the farms in USA, then transported cross the border into Canada. We do not sell the vegetable as it is in the 15-lb paper boxes, we re-pack the the vegetable in-house into smaller packages, apply our labels and sell to wholesaler.

My question is when we import these vegetables, does each of the 15-lb paper box needs any labeling? The supplier always sends the vegetables in plain unlabeled 15-lb boxes with a Bill of Lading that states common name, name and address of the principle business, organic certificate information and country of origin. Does that satisfy the labeling requirement?

Thank you!
