Which BRC clause is related to the Quality Department?

The difficulty with answering your question is that there is no single answer ;)

"Quality department" means different things to different businesses, and even if it meant the same thing, those businesses might apportion responsibility and scope of roles differently.

For example, in some companies the entirety of BRC might sit within the quality department, and in others it might just be product testing that sits with quality, and other bits fall to departments with other names (food safety, regulatory, QA, technical, operations etc).

There is no "right" way for this sort of thing - the standard very much leaves it up to you to decide how to implement it within your organisation.
