Hello,

We have a customer that wants to use beer in the product.

Beer manufacturer will not furnish us any Nutritional information except the ingredient list.

What is the requirement for labeling and generating Nutrition Facts for the finished product that contains beer or other type of alcohol when they are not required to disclose Nutrition Facts?

Thank you.

For nutritional facts - you'll want to send the product off for proper analysis. That'll give you the nutrition fact info you need.

For the label - you will need to worry about allergens. For the US (wheat beers) and other countries - potentially gluten.
