Quelqu'un qui a travaillé dans un saline peut il m'aider ? Nous on receptionne du gros sel lavé puis on fait le sechage et reconditionnement

In current traditional haccp, "Receiving" controls are nowadays typically PRPs, not a CCPs.
CCPs depend on your specific Process/hazard analysis. Magnets within the Process are sometimes a possibility.
