Webinar Overview:
The situation with the epidemic showed the shortcomings of the food supply system, as well as the shortcomings of its own food safety systems. Due to these shortcomings, we had more or less additional costs that we did not plan. In this webinar, we will discuss the optimization of costs associated with the food safety system and show examples of rapid implementation in your food production.

In my experience, when it comes to the frequency of laboratory sampling, this is strictly guided by either national or internation standards and thus we have got very little roon to adjust otherwise one finds themselves with a huge non-conformity and thus risk loosing the certification in question. I am well aware that this is a recorded webinar but I decided to share irregardless!
