What is the risk cat. for Frozen Fruit & Vegetables for Listeria Mono. Food Team in is the process on implementing a LM monitoring program. We  are FDA inspected facility.

What is the recommendation for  Product testing RTC  Frozen Vegetables, and RTE Frozen Fruit?

Environmental Sampling  plan Listeria Frozen fruits & Vegetables?
