I need to develop a template for recording minutes from TACCP/VACCP meetings.

Could I get any tips? What could be used as inputs for the meeting.

In developing our TACCP/VACCP, a team has been established.

The plant already has a food safety team with established meeting schedules as well as management review meetings (FSSC 22000 certified plant).

Are TACCP/VACCP meetings a requirement as well?
