Are you looking for equipment standards?  you could use something like this:

Do you have a SOP detailing new equipment installs?  Sanitary design guidelines, etc?  If so, I'd recommend making sure any premade templates you find or are gifted align with that SOP before using them on their own.  I would hate to see a conflict between a template and your program result in a finding in your GFSI audits.
