Hi,

Do we need to get a certification in Canada to use the gluten free claims on organic products- JUST TO SAY GLUTEN FREE- The products dont contain any source of gluten in it.

Also If the certification is needed , which certification body is best suited for gluten free claims on organic products?

Thanks

You don't NEED certification to state that your product is gluten free as long as it's truthful and not misleading

ProCert and EcoCert both do organic certification (among others) check their website to see if they also perform gluten free certifications
