Hi all,

I would like to ask how do you declare cooking instructions under intended use of HACCP?

What are the information do you include under this section?

Thank you.

Hi Grace,

this link probably answers yr question in some detail although IMEX often a precis of 1-2 lines of info. is sufficient if for an introductory haccp form.
