Hi all,

Is it mandatory to have all employees in our ISO training program?  Can scope of training procedure only applicable to those who involved in food safety implementation and production workers, reflect the actual practice   . excluded HR and delivery man

HR should be in the training. They are usually responsible for maintaining training records and they are part of your onsite staff, correct? They should be as well versed in what employees need to do on a daily basis.
By delivery person, do you mean your staff members who deliver your product? Do they access your production facility? If so, then they too, need to be trained on SOPs, but probably not all of them, since that could be determined as site specific.

I worked for a huge company that we had office staff such as accountants and customer service that never went out on the floor.  I would not train them on the nitty gritty stuff at all.  I did do a once a year general overview training with at least.  But as far as all the required training, I limited to those that were on the production floor and those that came on to the floor.  Never had an issue with it in terms of our GFSI audits.

Sorry for the delay in responding. I am not ISO certified, so I am not quite sure. If people access the production floor, they should at least have a working knowledge of GMP requirements. HR should know more, because they usually explain things to new hires.
