We distribute fresh fruits and vegetables along with a limited offering of other pre-packaged consumer products. While some CPs may contain allergens, do these need to be segregated / labeled from non-allergen containing materials during the shipping process?

Are the products completely packaged and ready for retail sale?

We consider our finished products to be at a low risk for cross-contact with allergen-containing materials. One way to think about it - there is no separation based on allergens at the grocery store for these products.
