For food manufacturers in the Philippines, what specific reference are you using for establishing the microbiological parameters and standards to verify cleaning and sanitation of equipment? Thanks!
Is 316 stainless steel necessary as opposed to 304 stainless steel for food-contact surfaces on equipment?
