Hygienic design risk assessment

Hi all,

 

As per the FSSC version 6.0 requirement, we need to perform hygienic design risk assessment  ( HDRA) for new equipment purchased and installed inside the plant, Its a fish grader machine.

Template or further info on this one would be greatly appreciated....

I'm not sure what country you're in but even if you're not in the EU or UK, the EHEDG guidelines are pretty bloody good.  You may need to pay for copies of some of the detailed stuff but I'm yet to come across better.
