GMP Waste Management

Currently we have trash bins for our rooms color coded for the room they belong in.  Red for raw, blue for RTE, yellow for customs, and grey for everywhere else. What we are going to turn into pet food goes in a yellow bin in customs.  Cardboard is taken out into a compactor as needed.  Is this sufficient for the audit or do we need more than this?

Document it, and make sure personnel are trained to know which is for which.  During the inspection the auditor will look to see if people are following the program as written.

We have a generally similar color coding system for waste, with containers and liners each having a category of appropriate use.
