Hi
Have been working in the food industry for about 35 years in a variety of roles:
10 years in milk powder and butter production. Quality system and production management roles.
13 years in liquid milk processing for retail markets. Process and production management roles.
11 years in bakery supplying a wide range of products to retail markets. Technical Management and Purchasing role.
Have frequently browsed this site and thought it was time to join. Always interested in the discussions on CCP's, metal detection etc.
