Also, consider  Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats

Strategy yes, many times but it wasn't one slide. Your list looks like a general management template. One word that is missing is appropriate.

Your strategy should be based on policies and objectives, plans for improvement and also the key issues for the organisation related to quality, food safety and customer requirements.
