Hello All,

Does anyone use this kit and is willing to share their lab procedures for this test? Lab tech responsible for this is out and no one else knows how to do it in the lab...

Your best bet is to find the manual/SOP or google/YT.

The manufacturer probably publishes the instructions, but we don't know which one you're using.  The box and parts of the kit are probably labeled with the brand and model name that will narrow the search down.
