Guidance on CCP for Frozen Products

I am wondering if anyone can help me with removing frozen spiral temperature from frozen pizza.
what does your HA say?
It was made a long time ago and it states that there is a biological hazard and the CCP was created to control possible outgrowth of pathogens. Our product is quickly flash frozen and placed into a freezer after packaging.
have you done a validation study on your freezing process? The answer on removal depends on your actual validated process assuming the biological hazard is still relevant
