Does secondary packaging for gift sets require labeling with product details such as net weight and ingredients?

We have a product that is fully packaged, with all labels, that will be going into a gift set secondary packaging. The secondary packaging is a tray, and the bottles will be visible, shrink wrapped into place.

My question is:

Does the secondary packaging need to include information like the net weight, nutritional panel, ingredients, etc?

Net weights are required for most goods (exception is usually sold by piece/each), including combinations of items in gift sets and holiday assortments.
