Hello everyone,

Please I need recommendations for a good post harvest book. I work in the catering industry and most of our quality control and the complains that we receive relates to post harvest handling, including fruits and vegetable defects, pests inherent to agricultural products and the like. If you could give a recommendation I will deeply appreciate it. Thank you!

When working in produce. I always used the USDA grading: https://www.ams.usda...rds/vegetables

They have photos for reference. This can help you build you SOPs for post-harvest.
