Is there anyone in here ever conduct inspection to your catering vendor candidate or periodically catering inspection?

 

Kindly let me know, i wanna find some reference to make a checklist for our catering facility

Hi Utama,

 

I have been doing catering audits/inspections of canteens in food manufacturing facilities since it was introduced by Marks & Spencer as a COP in the 90’s.

 

As you have posted in an FSSC 22000 forum, the most appropriate standards for your audit/inspection would be laid out in ISO/TS 22002-2:2013 Prerequisite programmes on food safety Part 2: Catering, so you should audit against the requirements of that.
