FSSC 22000 audit man-day calculation

I would like to understand, whether FSSC 22000 allows client to apply for Multi location Under Food Category C?

Clause 5.3.1 of Version 6 is not mentioned for Category C. we are not planned to proceed for sampling, but can we still apply client as Multi location and audit all locations every year?

in this case, whether we can reduce the man-days for site locations, like 0.5* (Td+Th+Tfe)+ Tffsc for certification audit of site locations?

This has come up before, multi-site certification is not available for Food Manufacturing (Category C) so the reduction in man-days is not applicable.
