Good Morning! My name is Angela McMullen, I am the Quality and Food Safety Manager of a small high acid beverage manufacturing facility in New York State. We produce in 12 & 16oz cans - mostly shelf stable beverages. Always looking to learn more and get other's input on food safety topics! Thanks!
