Quality Performance Management
Hello ,
I am conducting benchmarking of KPI at individual section of 'Quality and Food Safety' .
Invite your inputs on what could be additional KPI - Suggest from Mondelez, Lever, Pepsico, Tesco etc modelling

Are you looking for specific food safety or quality metrics? What's the purpose? What are you trying to drive?
So metrics for food safety and quality should (in my mind) "roll up" to the output you want. For example, if you have a customer scorecard which focuses on an external audit, you would want a mixture of leading and lagging metrics to track if you're on or off track.
For example:
Lagging metrics:
- Audit completion
- Outstanding non cons or time from raising to close out
- Audit scores (internally)
Leading metrics:
- Training staff against specific GMP improvements
- Budget availability (and spend) for fabric improvements
If you give a bit more detail about what you're trying to achieve and why, it might be helpful?
Acknowledge GMO you being curious and being supportive .
I am looking for various kind of KPI deployed by activity e.g. supplier management , third party manufacturers management , distribution quality , own factories quality management and at corporate level for benchmarking .
The purpose is to gauge what specific type of KPI are serving industry to progress and transform .
While the benchmarking will give an idea about perspectives - an inspiration to follow interesting trends , I fully agree the vision and drive to achieve a particular KPI will come from what does the organization is committed to achieve .

So to put it simply, are you after a simple list of metrics that businesses track so that you can then use this for some research?
You got it right , I am researching on the type of KPI
Ok. Kind of things that a lot of companies would track would be:
Recalls / withdrawals
Holds
Complaints, normally per million units
Audit scores (internal and external)
Concessions
Training compliance
Food safety near misses
Etc etc.
