Introduction

Hello everyone

I'm a Quality manager involved in Food Manufacture in the UK. I've been in role for almost 5 years having spent some of my career in manufacturing and circa 20 years in retail quality and technical. My two factories are certified to BRCGS Food and also to  US GMP certification and so far I've managed to navigate 10 certification audits or similar without any crises. I like my music hence adopting the username RobertJon1!

My joining is driven by my company taking on a new chilled process that will involve Modified Atmosphere Packing which is all new to me so I look forward to learning from some of the more knowledgeable membership.
