I cannot upload requirements of DIS22000.
But I can describe difference between ISO9000 and DIS22000.
4 Food Safety Management System contains following clauses.
4.1 general requirements
4.2 documentation requirements
4.2.1 general
4.2.2 control of documents
4.2.3 control of records
Clause 4.2 seems to be almost same as ISO9000.
"h) to record the ratioanales for changes to documents" is an additional requirements in 4.2.2.
FSMS manual is not required.

ISO9001 4.2.3b) describe;
"to review and update as necessary and re-approve documents"
DIS22000 4.2.2b) describe;
"to review and update documents when necessary, and re-approve documents"
I am not a native English speaker, so please tell me wether A or B.
A: "when necessary, review & update " and "re-approve"
B: "review" and "when necessary update" and "re-approve"
Standard requires to review,update, and re-approve documents. But the interval is not clarified.
We, Japanese are often confused about such matters.

Hi Isogava,
Yes it can be very confusing sometimes isn't it. I read it as:
Under a. (REVIEW IS NOT A REQUIREMENT BUT ONLY WHEN IT IS NECESSARY)
Under b. reviewing is required BUT updating and re-approving is as deem necessary. (REVIEW IS A STRICT REQUIREMENT AND UPDATING / REAPPROVING ONLY AS NECESSARY)
I hope I have not confused the issue and will some one please confirm that this is correct.
