Does anyone have experience using bio-enzymatic drain cleaners in a food manufacturing facility? If so, which ones and what was your experience?

We were using Enzyme Magic that we bought via Amazon then had trouble sourcing it.  So we contacted Enzyme Solutions.  I was able to talk directly with someone that understand how the product worked and what was in it.  I was concerned in general because some of the Enzyme products contain probiotics.  I do NOT want to add bacteria into my production room.  This company uses a formula with 3 different enzymes that focus on different types of organic compounds.  They have pre-portioned packets so there's no measuring.  They offered to send us samples.  We can buy directly through them and not use Amazon.
