How do you manage trying to constantly catch up on recent changes?

Hi everyone,

 

I'm looking to understand better the way of work of food quality consultants in the US that are managing multiple clients.

 

Do you find yourself constantly needing to catch up on recent changes every time you visit a client or how do you handle this? Do you use specialised software to always be up to date?

No software here, I have a wonderful fantastic Assistant.

And, just be clear - I am semi-retired from consulting but we still have multiple eConsultant clients thru the end of the year and some tools that we continue to market - but my wonderful and fantastic assistant has been with me for over 19 years - she is an A1A juggler indeed and has always handled everything in the background even when I fell down a couple of times with a heart condition.
