:smarty: I love learning! I am the Compliance Coordinator at my company and had transitioned to the foods industry from 13 years in the pharmaceutical industry. I love audits - I said that during my interview and the manager told me that is exactly why they hired me. I'm a stickler for rules, compliance, and safety. 

I'm just trying to network and would love to speak at conferences and events, and apparently that makes me odd at my company - I just want to provide continuous improvement and provide efficiencies that make all our work lives easier.
