Is there someone out there he can provide me some information about Traditional quality costing vs ABC ( Activity Based Costing) ?

Hello Ian, thanks for the link. It looks as though Q-Pulse is a comprehensive software system for managing all aspects of the quality system. As a user can you tell us if/how it deals with measuring the Cost Of Quality (COQ) as this is the particular aspect that Vassilis is interested in.Vassilis, I have used Q-Pulse since 1998 and found it an excellent package. It's a full QM compliance software tool covering all the required tools.

In the CAPA module of Q-Pulse, there is the capability to assign costs and times for all aspects of an identified quality issue. For example, investigation, rework, credit costs and similarly the duration for each stage. There are five cost and duration fields which can be customised by the user to suit there particular business/operations.
This data can then be displayed graphically in the Analysis module.
