Dear All,

Came across these 2 short, one page articles from SA Food Review Journal. Seemed reasonably interesting so -

http://www.foodrevie...i...ask=2&x=101

The first, more recent one, has some surprising (?) comments IMO on decision tree / frequency of food incidents.

BUMP for comments.
Thanks for your post!
Hi all,
I need to implement HACCP for a trading unit. Can anybody help me in giving the detailed script as to how to go about it. I have finished all the requirements of ISO 9001.
As I am doing this for the first time I may get lots of doubts.
Please help me in giving the resource.

Thanks,
Dear npk,

I hv initiated a reply to above in yr other, identically, posted thread -
