This Institute of Quality Assurance (IQA) training course will enable delegates to undertake effective quality management systems audits specific to the food and drinks industry, by clearly understanding the requirements of a number of relevant standards such as ISO 9001:2000, new proposed ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management Systems - Requirements), ISO 15161:2001 (Implementation of ISO 9001:2000 for Food and Drink Industry) and BRC (British Retail Consortium standards) and ISO 19011:2002 (Guidelines for Auditing).
