Can someone please share Food Fraud Vulnerability Assessment (VACCP) and Food Defence (TACCP) including their mitigation plans?
Our food business is related to a central food kitchens and we have separate sorting, grading, packing, distribution line of fresh fruits and vegetables. We are going to certify both food businesses for either FSSC 22000 or BRCGS food safety.
