Hello!

Do you think that a small company consisting of several people (food scientists, marketers, accountants, lawyers etc) that focuses in the design of food industries would stance a chance in the European (or any) market (especially with the economic crisis nowdays)? Do you think that there is such need nowdays? Do companies like that exist? Do industries ask for the advise of those companies?

Thanks!

Anyone?

For me right now there will be less start up businesses, but in normal times I would say yes especially in countries that are looking to export food products to more highly regulated countries.

Simon
