Dear Gents,

I got observation from auditor During ISO 9001: 2000 surveillance audit, he advised to establish process regarding food quality regular testing of restaurant buffet.

What is food quality regular testing?

How is responsible for regular testing?

What kind of record need to be maintained?

Please need your help, because I’m not fully aware about F&B business.

So you run a restaurant buffet but do not know how to keep food safe and of good quality. OK. Firstly tell us some more about the kind of foods you serve, your working environment and who your customers are.
