	Dear maria,
I guess it may depend on yr target area.
Two from google (USA , Canada) -
http://www.nal.usda....oodcomp/search/
http://www.hc-sc.gc....a/index-eng.php
slightly more specialised
http://www.bodybuild...un/nutrient.htm

	Hi Maria,
This is the link to for the USDA SR22 Database which you can download directly to your computer and use offline.
http://www.ars.usda.....htm?docid=8964
Its the same data base that Charles and Abdul suggested and also the database Nutrition Data uses. I love Nutrition Data because it calculates based on your recipe for FREE. You just have to convert in regards to your regulatory requirements i.e. RACC's and rounding rules for specific nutrients.
