I know, that my next asking is no about food -safety, but can somebody help me please , and send me some link/s for FREE good nutrient database ? Is it possible ? If yes , thank you - in advance :rolleyes:

Hi Maria,

This is the link to for the USDA SR22 Database which you can download directly to your computer and use offline.

Its the same data base that Charles and Abdul suggested and also the database Nutrition Data uses. I love Nutrition Data because it calculates based on your recipe for FREE. You just have to convert in regards to your regulatory requirements i.e. RACC's and rounding rules for specific nutrients.
