Please help me with this request

I receive this form for PRPs but i can't know how to fill it to be used

1.1 Management identifying appropriate prerequisite programs needed to control:

1.1.1 The likelihood of introducing food safety hazards through the work environment,

1.1.2 Biological, chemical or physical contamination of the products and

1.1.3 Food safety hazard levels in the environment.
The responsible manager completes a PRP Identification form for each product or process as appropriate.

PRPs that are identified as required are listed on Prerequisite Program Table.

help me with example if u can fill it and upload it again and is this two file is enough or must to have a PRPs manual

thanks

You don´t need to have a manual, I can´t remember correctly, but I think the standar says (not literally) you should (or shall?) have documents that detail the way the activities related to PRP´s are managed, I think that translates to proccedures, but not exactly a manual.

Dear msh3egy,

IMO, the items you list are PRPs by definition of ISO 22000.

The remaining requirements are simply dictated by the relevant paragraphs of the standard. I think most factories will hv already implemented these requirements within routine SSOP, SOP type systems as required for HACCP prerequisites. If not, this would be a good time.

PS I don't see any numbers like you mention in the standard ??

Facility in these terms refers to a place for doing something (Laboratory Testing).

Laboratory facilities should be controlled to minimize risk of product contamination.
Microbiology laboratories should be designed, located and operated so as to prevent contamination of people, plant and products and not open directly onto manufacturing areas.
Areas to assess and control include services (e.g. air, drainage) and movement of people.

Tony
