Waste Procedure for Animal Waste and Waste Material

I am looking for some help regarding waste procedure for Animal waste and waste material

Currently where I am based at the moment they have 3 procedures covering this off, I wanted to try and condense this down to 1 procedure.

We are beef slaughter / Cutting/ retail packers
