Alyssa j : @ Sheila, great utilization of the apple! In the U.S., I see so much waste at the nursing home due to awful food served. It is a waste of food and a missed opportunity to get nutritious food for healing and health.
Nathan : These are all great points. We did similar process at your kitchen at my university, but instead of the animal waste we used all of our data to obtain an anerobic digester.

Firouzeh Vaziri : Some of the losses are not related to the company and the main cause depends on the suppliers. Likepest affected pistachio and most of the loss records depend on the suppliers and agriculture, for this kind of damage the company should have a plan?
