Vinegar - bubbles sticking to the body of the botttle

Dear List,
I need some help on this customer complaint. We are bottling vinegar in plastic bottles and the bubbles formed are not escaping and is sticking to the body of the botttle. Is there a way to remove the bubbles.

Not an easy thing to resolve but here are a couple of thoughts.
Try to identify is what the gas is, although this is difficult without laboratory help
If it is CO2, you may be having a secondary fermentation problem somewhere in your process, with CO2 dissolving in the vinegar.
If it is air, your tanks/pipework may be agitating the liquid and trapping excessive air. Follow the product flow
You may be able to buy a de-aeration system which will probably be expensive.
Does it only happen with plastic or do you pack into glass as well with no problems?
Gas bubbles tend to form on imperfections on the internal surface of the bottles. There may be problems with the bottle blowing process so speak to your supplier.

Try packing the vinegar hot, this will also reduce cloudiness in the product. You may also need to look at your filler, if there is air intake or insuficient reserves in the tank then the vinegar will foam. also, if the filling nozzle dosent go far enough into the bottle, or has mesh filters in the filling heads this will lead to foaming and air.

We used to fill in glass bottles earlier and had no problem with air bubbles. So filler could not be problem area.
I also had same thoughts it could be due to blow moulding process.
Nitac, We have the option of warming the vinegar but would consume more time and delay but do not have problem of cloudiness. I will look into possibilty, when the reserves are low, this could happen when we change tanks
Yes, corrective action does not look easy.
