Best Footware for Food industry:

Food industry require cleanroom footwear. They are minimal stitches footwear. They are made from a new material called Lorica, which is washable yet breathable. Its around 4 time costlier than leather. Typically they are all white slip on footwear which can be cleaned by just wiping with a damp cloth. One very important aspect is the slip resistance.
SOME MORE INFO ABOUT LORICA:
LORICA is a revolutionaIy material made by an exclusive system for processing very fine microfibres which makes it similar to natural animal leather, soft to the touch, but exceeds leather limits because it has also high-tech material characteristics.

LORICA is able to guarantee :

- high breathability.
more resistance to:
- acid and alkaline substances.
- water.
- abrasion.
- petrol.
- mineral oil.
- alcohols.
- tear.
- flex.
- scuffing.
- sunlight.
- atmospheric pollution.

The winning points are its absolute perfection on the surface and its permanent thickness which allows a perfect polyurethane injection on the upper without any problerns.

Furthermore the user can easily clean LORICA shoes with soap and water.

The perfect adhesion between polyurethane and LORICA, together with LORICA high resistance to water, make shoes water-proof and with correct use of the Personal Protection Equipment the footwear maintains this feature for a long time.

thank u Anish for your post good information
Dear Anish,

Interesting product.

1. antistatic shoe: the bottom is fit for the dissipation of electrostatic charges
2. Toe cap: steel made, varnished with epoxy resin, impact resistant until 200 J
3. 525g (per pc presumably)

1. Looks of interest for flour mill business. Not so light though.
2/3. Football supporters.
