The second link provides some good questions to get the processing staff in a food plant to think once you have given them training, and this is one way to assess if they have taken any information that was provided to them to get a clearer idea as to how comptent your staf are.

These are very helpful links. Thank you. The first link can be used as pre-test and post-test for a public training/orientation. The test for the second link is useful for on-site trainings. I hope this helps.
