SQF Meeting Minutes

I'm having trouble deciding on what SQF clause number i should put meeting minutes. For instance, meeting minutes from a post SQF audit.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Kelly,

My inclination would be to put them under code 4.5.6 - Verification Schedule (with any corrective actions mandated by you SQF auditor's Certifying Body going into you CAPA system).
