Help needed with some HACCP pre-requisites
I am looking for some general ideas for building these programs :
label reconciliation/inspection program
Allergen Controll
enviromental monitorin
That is a tough one without more information. What type of label, for example food service or retail, volume types of printing, type of printing, does your software do any tracking and your processes can have a huge impact on how you can reconcile.
we are a seafood service (distribution) some retail..... i mainly need to structure it correctly...

For example, allergen control depends on the process / inputs. If you want general generic info., I suggest you do a quick search for "allergen" here. Many templates are available and related attachments / websites.
Similarly "environmental monitoring" per se is generically equivalent to a BCP "manual".
