Training and Audit schedule for GMP and HACCP areas

At one point I found an employee training schedule here and modified it to add in our internal audits, making it an all-encompassing schedule of events. Unfortunately I lost the file in my career change and cannot locate the original I found here. Has anyone else tried this and would care to share back?
