Dear All;
In clause # 7.2 , the PRPs are defined existed in our system ,but my direct question is how to prove that our PRPs meet the local regulatory requirements ?
please clarify this and please do you have some examples to make it more understanding ?

Dear hygienic,
It is probably easier for you to obtain a copy of PAS220 which was published to generically answer yr question and be used for the later (GFSI approved) version of ISO22000, namely FSSC22000.
As far as local regulatory requirements are involved, this depends on which part of the Earth you are located.
