Warning on liquid nitrogen in cocktails

The Food Standards Agency is urging people to be aware of the dangers of liquid nitrogen, following information that it may be being used in alcoholic drinks on sale in the UK.

God, maybe I'm just getting old, but what's wrong with applying vodka directly to the eyeball? Good clean fun in my time. Kids these days, eh?
