Pasteurized Liquid Egg HACCP Plan for USA

I have a client producing pasteurized liquid eggs who wants to implement HACCP. In the US this is a USDA regulated product, but there is no regulation for production under HACCP. I have been writing HACCP Plans for 3 decades in multiple product categories, but was wondering what experience other members might have in HACCP for liquid egg processing.

Thanks in advance,
